This policy explains what Prinvia, Inc. ("Prinvia", "we", "us") collects when you visit this waitlist page, join our newsletter, or apply for early access, and how we use it. Prinvia is in private beta, so this page covers our pre-launch waitlist only.

What we collect

• Newsletter: your email address.
• Early-access application: your name, email, phone number, restaurant name, and current point-of-sale system, plus optional details such as your operation type, city, and a website or social link.
• Technical data: basic request metadata such as IP address, approximate country, and browser user-agent, used for security, spam prevention, and rate limiting.

We do not ask for and do not want passwords, payment details, or government IDs on this page.

How we use it

• To contact you about early access and to send occasional launch updates.
• To prevent abuse of our forms (bot protection, rate limiting).

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Service providers

We use a small number of processors to run this page: Cloudflare (hosting, and Turnstile bot protection) and Resend (transactional email). They process data only to provide these services to us.

Retention and your choices

We keep waitlist and application data only as long as needed to reach out and onboard you, or until you ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time, and you can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing hello@prinvia.com.
